You will gain exposure to a range of project sizes from 1x repairs to multi-year, large scale government projects. You will be mentored daily by skilled tradesmen and Site Leads, getting your hands dirty as you learn from the best. Your program will be overseen by our division Senior Management team, with executive oversight from our Founder and President who brings 30+ years of experience in our trade.
Upon program completion you will be assigned to a Winder A/B/C position based on your capabilities, then will continue to have opportunities for skill development and advancement.
